O pleito eleitoral deste ano est\u00e1 previsto para outubro, quando ser\u00e3o escolhidos os prefeitos e vereadores em mais de 5.500 munic\u00edpios brasileiros. De acordo com o calend\u00e1rio, a campanha come\u00e7a em 16 de agosto, com primeiro turno em 4 de outubro e o segundo em 25 de outubro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para mudar o processo eleitoral, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio modificar a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal. Em primeiro lugar, seria necess\u00e1rio a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de uma PEC (Proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o), por causa das datas do primeiro e segundo turno, previstas na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esse tipo de proposta requer, minimamente, a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do texto por 308 deputados e 49 senadores. O rito \u00e9 formato por quatro sess\u00f5es (duas na C\u00e2mara e duas no Senado). A proposta pode ser rejeitada caso n\u00e3o tenha o apoio m\u00ednimo de 3\/5 dos parlamentares em pelo menos uma das rodadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
