A Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral determinou, em car\u00e1ter liminar, que o candidato a vereador de Viana N\u00e9lio da Paz Muniz Jr. retire, em 24 horas (contadas a partir da intima\u00e7\u00e3o), publica\u00e7\u00f5es em suas redes sociais de v\u00eddeos que caracterizam propaganda irregular de sua candidatura assim como do prefeito Carrinho Cidreira (PL).<\/p>\n

Nas imagens e grava\u00e7\u00f5es juntada aos autos, h\u00e1 propaganda antecipada do candidato a vereador N\u00e9lio Muniz em seu perfil no facebook vinculando seu nome ao de vereador e a frase \u201cjuntos somos mais por Viana\u201d e do prefeito de Viana, Carlos Augusto Cidreira (conhecido como Carrinho) percorrendo as ruas e casas da cidade abra\u00e7ando poss\u00edveis eleitores, alguns fazendo men\u00e7\u00e3o ao n\u00famero 22.<\/p>\n
