O prefeito de Pinheiro e candidato \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o, Luciano Gen\u00e9sio (PP), mentiu \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral e escondeu bens de sua propriedade na declara\u00e7\u00e3o de patrim\u00f4nio entregue para o registro de sua candidatura. Uma empresa no seguimento da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil com capital social declarado em R$ 300.000,00 est\u00e1 em nome do prefeito mas sumiu da declara\u00e7\u00e3o de bens repassada por ele ao Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Maranh\u00e3o (TER-MA) este ano.<\/p>\n

A empresa T & J Constru\u00e7\u00e3o e Incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o (iniciais de Thaiza e Jo\u00e3o Luciano) foi criada em 20 de agosto de 2013 e est\u00e1 em nome do casal Jo\u00e3o Luciano Silva Soares e a sua esposa, a deputada Thaiza de Aguiar Hortegal.
\nA pesquisa pode ser feita no Sistema de Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de Candidatura e Contas Eleitorais \u2013 Divulgacand do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral \u2013 TSE, Luciano Gen\u00e9sio sempre omitiu a empresa \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral, desde quando disputou a elei\u00e7\u00e3o em 2014 para deputado e as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2012 e agora em 2020 para prefeito.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Receita Federal apesar da empresa ter sido criada em 2013, at\u00e9 hoje ela permanece ativa. Localizada no bairro da Ponta D\u2019areia, em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n
