A Policia Civil do Maranha\u0303o (PCMA) prendeu, nesta \u00faltima segunda-feira (21\/12), em cumprimento a Mandado de Prisa\u0303o Preventiva o nacional T.L.P., pelo crime de Estupro de Vulner\u00e1vel, previsto no Artigo 217-A do CPB, tendo como vi\u0301tima um menino de 7 anos de idade, residente na cidade de Pinheiro\/MA. Mandado expedido pela 3 Vara da Comarca de Pinheiro.<\/p>\n

Conforme a investigac\u0327a\u0303o da Delegacia Especial da Mulher de Pinheiro\/MA, o autor teria pego a vi\u0301tima e o arrastado para dentro do mato onde o abusou sexualmente do menino. Apo\u0301s ter cometido o crime ainda foi ate\u0301 a porta da casa da vi\u0301tima, ameac\u0327ou os familiares da crianc\u0327a de morte, caso o denunciassem.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com a Delegacia Especial da Mulher de Pinheiro\/MA, o suspeito responde pelo crime de Roubo e faria parte de uma facc\u0327a\u0303o criminosa atuante no munici\u0301pio.<\/p>\n

A prisa\u0303o se deu com o apoio da Delegacia de Presidente Sarney, pertencente a 5\u00aa Delegacia Regional de Pinheiro, de onde, apo\u0301s formalidades de praxe, o preso foi recambiado a Unidade Prisional Pinheiro\/MA, onde permanecera\u0301 a disposic\u0327a\u0303o da Justic\u0327a.<\/p>\n
