{"id":19679,"date":"2021-03-10T08:09:38","date_gmt":"2021-03-10T11:09:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maranhaotv.com.br\/?p=19679"},"modified":"2021-03-10T08:09:38","modified_gmt":"2021-03-10T11:09:38","slug":"advogado-e-acusado-de-se-apropriar-indevidamente-de-r-350-mil-de-cliente-que-e-paraplegico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maranhaotv.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/03\/10\/advogado-e-acusado-de-se-apropriar-indevidamente-de-r-350-mil-de-cliente-que-e-paraplegico\/","title":{"rendered":"Advogado \u00e9 acusado de se apropriar indevidamente de R$ 350 mil de cliente que \u00e9 parapl\u00e9gico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O advogado Jos\u00e9 de  Ribamar Torres Smith J\u00fanior, registrado na  OAB\/MA sob o n\u00famero  6.124, com escrit\u00f3rio localizado  na Av.Colares Moreira, s\/n, sala 216, Edif\u00edcio Office Tower, no Renascen\u00e7a, foi denunciado na Pol\u00edcia Civil, na OAB\/MA e na Justi\u00e7a, por Tom\u00e9 Soares, pai  e representante do parapl\u00e9gico Claudemir Silva Soares.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme o  Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia, feito no dia 21 de janeiro deste ano, na Delegacia de Defrauda\u00e7\u00f5es,  cujo inqu\u00e9rito est\u00e1 sob a presid\u00eancia do delegado Eduardo Jansen, o advogado Jos\u00e9 de Ribamar Torres Smith J\u00fanior, foi constitu\u00eddo para representar o filho do denunciante numa causa que envolve mais de R$ 350 mil, j\u00e1 tendo o caus\u00eddico recebido R$ 219. 33.58,00 ( Duzentos e 19 mil, 33 reais e 58 centavos), sem repassar um \u00fanico tost\u00e3o ao denunciante.<\/p>\n<p>Toda a pendenga come\u00e7ou doze anos atr\u00e1s, depois que Claudemir, que trabalhava na empresa Dig. Forro sofreu uma descarga el\u00e9trica e perdeu os dois bra\u00e7os. O advogado foi procurado, aceitou a causa e j\u00e1 recebeu a primeira de tr\u00eas indeniza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Somente no m\u00eas passado \u00e9 que Tom\u00e9 e seu filho Claudemir vieram tomar conhecimento de que o advogado j\u00e1 havia recebido o dinheiro, numa demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de total irresponsabilidade e de apropria\u00e7\u00e3o indevida dos recursos provenientes da causa.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da ocorr\u00eancia  na Delegacia de Defrauda\u00e7\u00f5es, j\u00e1 foram registradas queixas junto \u00e0 OAB\/MA e na Justi\u00e7a, com um processo tramitando na 16\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel da Comarca da Ilha, em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds,  por danos morais e com pedido de ressarcimento do dinheiro. S\u00f3 que, at\u00e9 agora, tanto OAB, como a Pol\u00edcia Civil e a Justi\u00e7a, parecem que est\u00e3o dormindo em cima desta causa.
