A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Maranh\u00e3o por meio da Superintend\u00eancia de Pol\u00edcia da Capital (SPCC), prendeu em flagrante o estudante do curso de direito por cometer o crime de falsidade ideol\u00f3gica. Ele foi preso durante a noite de quarta-feira (19), no Plant\u00e3o Central da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Maiob\u00e3o, em Pa\u00e7o do Lumiar.
De acordo com os policiais, o acad\u00eamico teria comparecido na delegacia do bairro do Maiob\u00e3o e se apresentado como advogado para defender uma pessoa que estava sendo interrogada durante o plant\u00e3o. Durante o interrogat\u00f3rio, sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB) foi pedida, e o mesmo teria repassado o n\u00famero da OAB do seu av\u00f4, que \u00e9 advogado. Ao ser confirmado que o n\u00famero da OAB era do av\u00f4, fora observado o crime de falsidade ideol\u00f3gica.
O delegado deu voz de pris\u00e3o ao estudante e o atuou pelo crime de falsidade ideol\u00f3gica. O mesmo foi notificado do auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante e conduzido para o sistema prisional.
