O monitoramento dever\u00e1 ser feito por meio de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exames laboratoriais em domic\u00edlio.<br>A manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o ministerial, assinada pelo promotor de justi\u00e7a Fernando Jos\u00e9 Alves Silva, \u00e9 baseada em Representa\u00e7\u00e3o contra o Munic\u00edpio, pregoeira e empresa, apresentada ao Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE) pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas (MPC), que relatou que o preg\u00e3o seria vencido pelo instituto, demonstrando direcionamento do certame.<br>MESMO OBJETO<br>Segundo a Not\u00edcia de Fato instaurada pelo procurador de contas Jairo Cavalcanti Vieira, 18 Munic\u00edpios publicaram editais com o mesmo objeto do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio realizado pelo Munic\u00edpio de Tut\u00f3ia.<br>Dentre as 39 doen\u00e7as listadas no Guia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica, as seis doen\u00e7as selecionadas nos Termos de Refer\u00eancia eram sempre as mesmas: HIV, s\u00edfilis, PSA (Peste Su\u00edna Africana), dengue, influenza e hepatite C. Al\u00e9m disso, sempre eram inclu\u00eddos exames de pr\u00f3stata-PSA e Covid-19, que n\u00e3o constam no guia.<br>Todos os editais tamb\u00e9m inclu\u00edam exig\u00eancia de comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00ednculo dos profissionais e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de alguma das empresas ISI, Quantum e SRA, na cota\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os.
