A pesquisa tamb\u00e9m apontou para um empate t\u00e9cnico entre os candidatos Lahesio Bonfim, prefeito de S\u00e3o Pedro dos Crentes (PTB), e o senador Weverton Rocha (PDT).<br><br>O levantamento foi realizado entre os dias 11 e 15 de agosto em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds e mais 58 cidades do Maranh\u00e3o. Na disputa pelo Pal\u00e1cio dos Le\u00f5es est\u00e3o nove candidatos: Carlos Brand\u00e3o (PSB), Edivaldo Holanda Jr. (PSD), Enilton Rodrigues (PSOL), Hertz Dias (PSTU), Jo\u00e1s Moraes (DC), Lah\u00e9sio Bonfim (PSC), Simpl\u00edcio Ara\u00fajo(Solidariedade), e Weverton Rocha (PDT).<br><br>O candidato Frankie Costa, do Partido Comunista Brasileiro (PCB), n\u00e3o esteve entre os candidatos pesquisados por ter confirmado a candidatura recentemente.<br><br>A segunda pesquisa Econom\u00e9trica\/O Imparcial estimulada para o Pal\u00e1cio dos Le\u00f5es mostrou que o atual governador, Carlos Brand\u00e3o (PSDB), manteve a lideran\u00e7a e ampliou a vantagem, saindo dos 34,8% das inten\u00e7\u00f5es de voto para 40,7%, quase seis pontos percentuais a mais que no primeiro levantamento, realizado entre 19 e 22 de julho.<br><br>J\u00e1 na vice lideran\u00e7a permanece o empate t\u00e9cnico entre o senador Weverton Rocha e Lah\u00e9sio Bonfim (PTB), prefeito de S\u00e3o Pedro dos Crentes. O pededista caiu mais de dois pontos percentuais, de 23,6% em julho para 21,4% nesta pesquisa. J\u00e1 Lahesio continua com os mesmos 20,5% das inten\u00e7\u00f5es de voto.<br><br>O ex-prefeito de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Edivaldo Holanda J\u00fanior (PSD), perdeu apenas um d\u00e9cimo do eleitorado entre as duas pesquisas, sendo escolhido por 7,5% dos questionados.
