O espa\u00e7o est\u00e1 aberto \u00e0 manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da sua defesa.<br><br>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es identificaram, ao menos, 11 v\u00edtimas. Os clientes contratavam os servi\u00e7os advocat\u00edcios do investigado e ao terem as a\u00e7\u00f5es julgadas procedentes, o advogado sacava a integralidade do valor do alvar\u00e1 e n\u00e3o repassava aos cliente os valores devidos.
