Serr\u00e3o Empreendimentos Ltda, que tem nome fantasia Serr\u00e3o Constru\u00e7\u00f5es e pertence a Vanderlilson Ferreira Serr\u00e3o.<br>Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es divulgadas, o valor da compra foi or\u00e7ado em R$ 1.337.880,78 milh\u00e3o, que ser\u00e1 custado com recursos do fundo da infraestrutura.<br>A reportagem tentou localizar a sede da construtora, que diz que fica localizada na Rua Ant\u00f4nio Serafim, n\u00famero 966, no bairro Subesta\u00e7\u00e3o, em Viana, e identificou que no mesmo local funciona a empresa Sousa Refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o.
