O ex-vereador Gabriel Monteiro, preso desde novembro do ano passado por acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de estupro, foi condenado em mais uma acusa\u00e7\u00e3o. Desta vez, o parlamentar, que teve o mandato cassado na Alerj, foi condenado a pagar R$ 12 mil a um m\u00e9dico, que foi filmado sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o por Monteiro durante um momento de descanso na Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) do Complexo do Alem\u00e3o, no Rio de Janeiro.
