Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pelo Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Combate \u00e0s Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Criminosas (Gaeco) foram cumpridos cinco mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds e Passagem Franca. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio da Coordenadoria de Assuntos Estrat\u00e9gicos e Intelig\u00eancia (Caei) do MPMA, Pol\u00edcia Civil e Pol\u00edcia Militar, por meio do Batalh\u00e3o de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Especiais (Bope).
Os mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o foram expedidos pela Vara Especial Colegiada dos Crimes Organizados contra o ex-prefeito Jos\u00e9 Ant\u00f4nio Gordinho Rodrigues da Silva, o Gordinho, e um ex-secret\u00e1rio municipal de Passagem Franca, uma empresa e seu s\u00f3cio. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es fazem parte de um Procedimento Investigat\u00f3rio Criminal em tr\u00e2mite na Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Passagem Franca, que apura desvio de recursos p\u00fablicos por meio de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o fraudulenta. At\u00e9 o momento, foram apreendidos ve\u00edculos, documentos e eletr\u00f4nicos relacionados ao objeto da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.
