No plen\u00e1rio da Casa Alta, o ministro da Justi\u00e7a precisar\u00e1 de pelo menos 41 votos em prol de sua indica\u00e7\u00e3o. Paulo Gonet, escolhido pelo presidente Lula (PT) para a Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica, tamb\u00e9m ter\u00e1 de ser chancelado pelos senadores.
