Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (6), motoristas e cobradores de \u00f4nibus da Grande S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds iniciaram uma paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o por tempo indeterminado, afetando totalmente o transporte p\u00fablico na regi\u00e3o. Contrariando a determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial que exigia a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de pelo menos 50% da frota durante a greve, nenhum ve\u00edculo do transporte p\u00fablico at\u00e9 agora foi visto circulando pelas ruas.
A decis\u00e3o do desembargador Francisco Jos\u00e9 de Carvalho Neto, do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 16\u00aa Regi\u00e3o (TRT-16), estabelecia a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de pelo menos 50% dos \u00f4nibus circulando mesmo durante o per\u00edodo de greve. O n\u00e3o cumprimento dessa determina\u00e7\u00e3o resultaria em uma multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 30 mil ao STTREMA.
Os rodovi\u00e1rios alegam que a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma resposta \u00e0 contraproposta feita pelo Sindicato das Empresas de Transporte de Passageiros (SET), que inclui a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do valor do ticket alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, a n\u00e3o garantia da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do plano de sa\u00fade e a falta de qualquer percentual de reajuste nos sal\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
