A desembargadora Maria da Gra\u00e7a Peres Soares Amorim, do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o, acatou pedido feito pelo Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Combate \u00e0s Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Criminosas, do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o, e determinou, nesta quarta-feira (29), o afastamento da ex agricultura familiar Paula da Pindoba (PC do B) do cargo de prefeita da cidade de Pa\u00e7o do Lumiar, na regi\u00e3o metropolitana de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.
O pedido do Gaeco, que teve a anu\u00eancia do procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, Eduardo Nicolau, tamb\u00e9m englobou a pris\u00e3o de Paula da Pindoba, mas a magistrada optou pelo seu afastamento por um per\u00edodo de cinquenta dias.
