Jos\u00e9 Cl\u00e1udio Pereira Soeiro foi ouvido por membros do Gaeco e da Promotora titular da 1\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da cidade, e relatou n\u00e3o haver registro de entrada de materiais adquiridos pela gest\u00e3o municipal, com recursos do Fundo Municipal de Sa\u00fade.
As empresas T & V Com\u00e9rcio e V E Rocha Ferreira deveriam fornecer materiais permanentes e aparelhos de ar-condicionado e ventiladores para a Secret\u00e1ria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (Semed), Secret\u00e1ria Municipal de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Finan\u00e7as Semaf) e Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade (Semus).
Os promotores, contudo, encontraram \u201cdesconformidade entre os produtos descritos nas notas fiscais e os efetivamente fornecidos, al\u00e9m dos sobrepre\u00e7os na venda dos produtos ao munic\u00edpio, conforme demonstrado nas planilhas apresentadas\u201d.
Em seu depoimento, Soeiro tamb\u00e9m disse \u201ctemer por sua seguran\u00e7a e de sua fam\u00edlia, estando em tratativas sua coloca\u00e7\u00e3o em programa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.
Foi a partir dessa oitiva que o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico conseguiu aprofundar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es que culminaram com o afastamento de Pindoba, e garantir a quebra dos sigilo fiscal e banc\u00e1rio dos investigados.
