empresa, com CNPJ 06.335.107\/0001-77 e sede em Balsas, \u00e9 suspeita de comercializar cilindros de oxig\u00eanio medicinal sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o legal da autoridade sanit\u00e1ria competente.<br><br>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi motivada pela Not\u00edcia de Fato n\u00ba 41\/2023, SIMP 004217-509\/2023, que apontou poss\u00edveis irregularidades na comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o do oxig\u00eanio medicinal.<br><br>O prefeito Romulo Arruda est\u00e1 no centro das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, que t\u00eam prazo inicial de um ano para serem conclu\u00eddas, podendo ser prorrogadas conforme a necessidade.<br><br>O inqu\u00e9rito busca esclarecer se houve falhas no processo de compra e se a empresa em quest\u00e3o estava realmente habilitada para fornecer o produto, essencial
