Ele alegou que o\u00a0 pleito n\u00e3o \u00e9 revertido da urg\u00eancia para ser analisado pelo plant\u00e3o judici\u00e1rio, por isso, deveria ser redistribu\u00eddo ao desembargador relator prevento, Kl\u00e9ber Carvalho Costa.<br><br>Paula foi afastada desta vezem\u00a0uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de improbidade administrativa movida pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o (MPMA), em virtude de supostas irregularidades na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa R. C. Praseres, para loca\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos.<br><br>Segundo o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, a empresa contratada deveria fornecer 62 ve\u00edculos, mas conta com apenas sete ve\u00edculos registrados, e que o contrato proibia a subloca\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, apesar de j\u00e1 haver recebido R$ 10 milh\u00f5es da Prefeitura, a empresa n\u00e3o conta com quadro de funcion\u00e1rios registrados no Cadastro Geral de Empregados (Caged).<br>A prefeita chegou nesta sexta-feira (28) a ter uma decis\u00e3o do pr\u00f3prio desembargador Vicente para retornar ao cargo e no mesmo dia foi novamente afastada por estas decis\u00e3o que tenta
