Contra a chefe do Executivo municipal pesam fortes ind\u00edcios de fraudes em licita\u00e7\u00e3o no que se refere \u00e0 frustra\u00e7\u00e3o do car\u00e1ter competitivo de concorr\u00eancia e contrata\u00e7\u00e3o direta ilegal.<br><br>O procedimento alvo de apura\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a Ades\u00e3o da Ata de Registro de Pre\u00e7os N\u00ba 001.005\/2023-CPL\/CDG\/MA, relativo ao Preg\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nico n\u00ba 005\/2023-SRP, no valor estimado de R$ 1.118.629,42 (Hum milh\u00e3o, cento e dezoito mil, seiscentos e vinte e nove reais e quarenta e dois centavos) destinado \u00e0 empresa especializada para fornecimento ininterrupto de gases medicinais (oxig\u00eanio hospital) para atender a demanda do sistema de sa\u00fade do munic\u00edpio.<br><br>O resultado da licita\u00e7\u00e3o indicou como vencedora a empresa A G Da Cruz Com\u00e9rcio, registrada no CNPJ 69.386.324\/0001-06, com valor proposto de R$ 223 mil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
