C\u00e2mara no munic\u00edpio, o que levantou questionamentos sobre qual interesse uma empresa no seguimento teria em financiar uma pesquisa de inten\u00e7\u00f5es de votos. O comercial possui como propriet\u00e1rio Adilton Farias Matos e tem como atividade principal a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos aliment\u00edcios e atividade secund\u00e1ria a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de material el\u00e9trico e materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. <br><br><br>Segundo a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral, o levantamento apresentava as seguintes ilegalidades: aus\u00eancia de regularidade da representada perante o Conselho Fiscalizat\u00f3rio; irregularidade no plano amostral e irregularidades no question\u00e1rio.<br><br>O pedido de suspens\u00e3o foi feito em car\u00e1ter de urg\u00eancia, nesta ter\u00e7a(16), e caso haja descumprimento da decis\u00e3o ser\u00e1 aplicada multa no valor de R$ 25.000,00 (vinte mil reais) e penaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos respons\u00e1veis nos termos do art. 35, da Lei 9.504\/97.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"954\" height=\"665\"
