O regimento da C\u00e2mara prev\u00ea que deputados federais tenham as faltas n\u00e3o justificadas descontadas do sal\u00e1rio. A penalidade, entretanto, n\u00e3o impediu que parlamentares acumulassem faltas e deixassem de receber fatias significativas dos proventos mensais.

No ano passado, somadas, as faltas custaram mais de R$ 3,6 milh\u00f5es aos deputados.

Os dados relativos a 2023 foram disponibilizados pela C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, via Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o (LAI). O sal\u00e1rio de um deputado federal leva em conta o comparecimento \u00e0s sess\u00f5es deliberativas do Plen\u00e1rio.

No acumulado do ano, cinco deputados superam o valor de um sal\u00e1rio bruto mensal (de R$ 41.650,92). No topo do ranking est\u00e1 o deputado Junior Louren\u00e7o (PL-MA), com R$ 68,7 mil em penalidade por faltas e, na sequ\u00eancia, Ant\u00f4nia L\u00facia (Republicanos-AC), com R$ 61,6 mil.

As aus\u00eancias n\u00e3o justificadas \u00e0s sess\u00f5es deliberativas do Plen\u00e1rio, al\u00e9m de acarretar desconto no sal\u00e1rio do parlamentar, pode resultar na perda do mandato. A Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea a penalidade para aquele que deixar de comparecer, sem justificativa, a um ter\u00e7o das sess\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias de cada sess\u00e3o legislativa.

Nas sess\u00f5es deliberativas, a presen\u00e7a dos parlamentares \u00e9 checada mediante registro eletr\u00f4nico no in\u00edcio de cada sess\u00e3o. Caso o sistema n\u00e3o esteja em uso, a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita por meio de listas de chamada nominal em Plen\u00e1rio.

As aus\u00eancias s\u00e3o justificadas e n\u00e3o s\u00e3o descontadas do sal\u00e1rio nos seguintes casos:

Se o parlamentar estiver em miss\u00e3o autorizada;
Em casos de doen\u00e7a comprovada por atestado, analisado por junta m\u00e9dica oficial;
Licen\u00e7a-maternidade;
Licen\u00e7a-paternidade;
Doen\u00e7a grave ou falecimento de pessoa da fam\u00edlia at\u00e9 o segundo grau civil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
