O levantamento do Banco Central apontou que, entre janeiro e agosto de 2024,\u00a0casas de apostas receberam mais de 10 bilh\u00f5es de reais de pessoas que recebem o Bolsa Fam\u00edlia.

Ao todo, 9 milh\u00f5es de benefici\u00e1rios deixaram uma m\u00e9dia de R$ 147\/m\u00eas nas plataformas de bets.

(Par\u00eanteses)\u00a0Esses dados incluem somente valores enviados por Pix e j\u00e1 desconsideram os pagamentos das casas aos vencedores.

Por que \u00e9 relevante?\u00a0Pense que o Bolsa Fam\u00edlia \u00e9 uma forma do governo destinar renda aos mais pobres \u2014 renda mensal por pessoa de at\u00e9 R$ 218 \u2014 e ao mesmo tempo estimular e girar a economia.

\u2022 Com boa parte dessa renda indo para apostas, setores como varejo e at\u00e9 de supermercado s\u00e3o impactados.\u00a0Relembre n\u00fameros que mostram esse impacto aqui.

Fazendo um paralelo, o governo destina em m\u00e9dia\u00a0R$ 14 bi por m\u00eas\u00a0ao programa, o que d\u00e1 R$ 112 bi de janeiro a agosto.\u00a0Na pr\u00e1tica, isso significa que quase 10% parou no bolso de bets.

Para fechar:\u00a0No pa\u00eds, 24 milh\u00f5es de pessoas fizeram ao menos um Pix para casas de apostas.\u00a0Em outras palavras, quase 40% de quem aposta est\u00e1 no Bolsa Fam\u00edlia.
