Em reconhecimento ao trabalho essencial da advocacia p\u00fablica no fortalecimento da defesa do munic\u00edpio e dos interesses da coletividade, a C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds aprovou o requerimento do vereador Raimundo Penha para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sess\u00e3o solene alusiva ao Dia do Procurador do Munic\u00edpio. A cerim\u00f4nia ocorrer\u00e1 dia 19 de novembro, data institu\u00edda pela Lei n\u00ba 6.029\/2015, que marca a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o anual do Dia do Procurador de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.
“Os procuradores desempenham um papel fundamental na defesa dos interesses p\u00fablicos e no fortalecimento das pol\u00edticas municipais, que resultam em benef\u00edcios para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Nada mais justo do que reconhecer seu m\u00e9rito com essa homenagem”, destacou Raimundo Penha, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 advogado.
Nesta quarta-feira, 23, Raimundo Penha recebeu em seu gabinete o Procurador Geral do Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds e presidente da Comiss\u00e3o da Advocacia P\u00fablica da OAB\/MA, Rafael Kriek; o procurador municipal Jos\u00e9 Borralho; os procuradores da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, C\u00edcero Macedo e Tiago Cust\u00f3dio, e a atual vice-presidente da ANPM (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Procuradores Municipais), Anne Karole Fontenelle, que tamb\u00e9m integra a PGM.
“Estreitar os la\u00e7os entre a C\u00e2mara e a Procuradoria \u00e9 muito importante. Agrade\u00e7o ao vereador Raimundo Penha por ter feito o requerimento. O Dia do Procurador ser\u00e1 uma data comemorada por todos\u201d, afirmou o procurador Rafael Kriek. “Parabenizo pela reelei\u00e7\u00e3o. Tenho certeza de que Penha continuar\u00e1 sendo uma voz importante, que se destaca pela capacidade e profundo conhecimento do processo legislativo\u201d, finalizou.
A sess\u00e3o solene ser\u00e1 realizada no Plen\u00e1rio “Sim\u00e3o Est\u00e1cio da Silveira”, no Pal\u00e1cio “Pedro Neiva de Santana”, em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.
