O MPMA \u2013 Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o anunciou a convers\u00e3o da Not\u00edcia de Fato n\u00ba 000274-067\/2024 em inqu\u00e9rito civil para investigar poss\u00edveis irregularidades no lix\u00e3o de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds Gonzaga do Maranh\u00e3o.
A medida foi tomada ap\u00f3s a Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a avaliar que, devido ao tempo de tramita\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 falta de esclarecimento completo dos fatos, a convers\u00e3o seria necess\u00e1ria para aprofundar a apura\u00e7\u00e3o.
O caso foi inicialmente instaurado em 25 de junho de 2024, quando surgiram den\u00fancias de que o terreno destinado ao lixo no munic\u00edpio estaria sobrecarregado, resultando em dificuldades de acesso, especialmente durante o per\u00edodo chuvoso.
Para dar continuidade \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o MPMA enviou ao munic\u00edpio um relat\u00f3rio de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e fotografias anexas, solicitando informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as medidas adotadas para corrigir as irregularidades no prazo de 10 dias \u00fateis<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
