V\u00edtima morreu ap\u00f3s ser submetida a abdominoplastia.<br><br>Com exclusividade tivenos acesso aos depoimentos de todas as testemunhas, com destaque ao depoimento da testemunha de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o D.S., que na ocasi\u00e3o de seu depoimento ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, afirmou que Erinalva sabia que tinha um grande problema com anestesia e que omitiria propositalmente essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o do Alberto, pois caso contr\u00e1rio este recusaria atend\u00ea-la. <br><br>A defesa de Alberto alega que a morte da Erinalva de Jesus Dias n\u00e3o foi causada pelo procedimento cir\u00fargico em si, mas em decorr\u00eancia da rea\u00e7\u00e3o que ela teve \u00e0 anestesia, fato este inclusive comprovado pelo Laudo Pericial juntado ao processo. <br><br>O caso
