O MPMA \u2013 Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o instaurou um Inqu\u00e9rito Civil para apurar supostas irregularidades no pagamento de servidores e poss\u00edveis casos de funcion\u00e1rios fantasmas na Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Benedito do Rio Preto.
A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, anteriormente registrada como Not\u00edcia de Fato (SIMP 000274-052\/2024), foi convertida conforme determina\u00e7\u00f5es da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 174\/2017 do Conselho Nacional do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (CNMP) e normas internas do MPMA.
O inqu\u00e9rito ser\u00e1 conduzido pelo MPMA, que promover\u00e1 dilig\u00eancias para apurar os fatos e obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es que possam embasar a\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas ou judiciais.
