O processo, destinado \u00e0 contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de estradas vicinais com pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em aterro prim\u00e1rio no munic\u00edpio de Estreito, envolve recursos do Conv\u00eanio n\u00ba 8.158.00\/2020, firmado com a CODEVASF, no valor de R$ 1.423.536,80. Apesar de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o constatou a necessidade de dilig\u00eancias adicionais para esclarecer os fatos.
O prazo inicial de 180 dias para a conclus\u00e3o da Not\u00edcia de Fato foi esgotado sem que os elementos suficientes para medidas judiciais ou extrajudiciais fossem alcan\u00e7ados. Com base na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o\/CPMP n\u00ba 10\/2009, a convers\u00e3o para Procedimento Preparat\u00f3rio permitir\u00e1 a continuidade das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso do MPMA com a transpar\u00eancia no uso de recursos p\u00fablicos e a legalidade em processos licitat\u00f3rios.
