A hemorragia intracraniana detectada no presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva n\u00e3o comprometeu qualquer fun\u00e7\u00e3o cerebral. A expectativa da equipe m\u00e9dica – liderada por Roberto Kalil – \u00e9 de que Lula retome as atividades na semana que vem. Por precau\u00e7\u00e3o, ele ficar\u00e1 internado na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva do Hospital S\u00edrio-Liban\u00eas, em S\u00e3o Paulo, por 48 horas.
Ainda segundo os m\u00e9dicos, o procedimento pelo qual o presidente passou inclui uma pequena perfura\u00e7\u00e3o no cr\u00e2nio, entre duas l\u00e2minas da meninge, seguida da coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de um dreno por onde sair\u00e1 o sangue acumulado no local.
O m\u00e9dico Roberto Kalil disse, ainda, que os orif\u00edcios feitos no cr\u00e2nio s\u00e3o pequenos, seguindo um procedimento padr\u00e3o que ter\u00e1 cicatriza\u00e7\u00e3o espont\u00e2nea, sem necessidade de interven\u00e7\u00e3o futura. O presidente Lula encontra-se l\u00facido e acordado, acompanhado apenas da primeira-dama Janja da Silva.
O termo t\u00e9cnico para esse procedimento \u00e9 trepana\u00e7\u00e3o. Kalil informou que o paciente reagiu bem ao procedimento e est\u00e1 se alimentando e se comunicando bem.
Sem sequela
\u201cO presidente n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 sequela e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 risco de complica\u00e7\u00f5es porque o hematoma estava localizado entre o osso cranial e o c\u00e9rebro. Ele n\u00e3o tem machucado no c\u00e9rebro. Esse procedimento \u00e9 para evitar que o hematoma comprima o c\u00e9rebro. O hematoma, que fica entre duas folhas da meninge, foi totalmente drenado. O mais importante \u00e9 que ele n\u00e3o teve trauma no c\u00e9rebro\u201d, disse Kalil durante entrevista coletiva no Hospital S\u00edrio-Liban\u00eas.
Segundo a equipe m\u00e9dica, o presidente da Rep\u00fablica apresentou, durante a \u00faltima madrugada, um mal-estar similar a um quadro gripal, seguido de dor de cabe\u00e7a. Ele foi enviado \u00e0 unidade do S\u00edrio Liban\u00eas, em Bras\u00edlia.
\u201cComo teve a queda, fizemos de imediato todos os exames [tomografia e resson\u00e2ncia magn\u00e9tica]\u201d, disse Kalil.
Lula foi ent\u00e3o encaminhado para a unidade do mesmo hospital em S\u00e3o Paulo, onde encontra-se internado.
