A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Maranh\u00e3o, por meio da Superintend\u00eancia Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (Seic), realizou na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (16) a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Cortina de Fuma\u00e7a, cumprindo mandados de busca, apreens\u00e3o e sequestro de bens na ordem de R$ 12 milh\u00f5es relacionados ao influenciador digital Marcos Alencar Filho (Dezenas Premiadas), suspeito de liderar um esquema de rifas ilegais.

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es conduzidas pela Departamento de Combate ao Crime Organizado (DCCO), o grupo criminoso utilizava autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas \u00e0 comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de t\u00edtulos de capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o como fachada para promover as rifas. Ainda de acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, para driblar a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, os valores arrecadados eram enviados a uma entidade assistencial e educacional filantr\u00f3pica, que devolvia a maior parte ao chefe do esquema.

Al\u00e9m das rifas ilegais, o influenciador \u00e9 investigado por lavagem de dinheiro, empregando t\u00e1ticas como a oculta\u00e7\u00e3o de bens em nome de terceiros e movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de valores por meio de contas pessoais e empresariais. Os mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o foram expedidos para endere\u00e7os ligados diretamente ao influenciador: seu apartamento, em um condom\u00ednio localizado no centro de Santa In\u00eas e um galp\u00e3o na Vila Militar, na BR-316, onde eram armazenados os pr\u00eamios e gravados os v\u00eddeos de an\u00fancio das rifas.

Bloqueios e apreens\u00f5es

No decorrer da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a Justi\u00e7a determinou o bloqueio de R$ 12,7 milh\u00f5es em contas banc\u00e1rias vinculadas ao suspeito. Tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidos diversos bens, incluindo ve\u00edculos de luxo, motocicletas, um cavalo de ra\u00e7a, um caminh\u00e3o, uma moto aqu\u00e1tica e dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos. O influenciador est\u00e1 proibido de deixar o pa\u00eds, precisar\u00e1 entregar seu passaporte e n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 mudar de seu endere\u00e7o. Al\u00e9m disso, suas redes sociais, utilizadas para promover as rifas, foram bloqueadas judicialmente.

Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em andamento

O grupo \u00e9 investigado por contraven\u00e7\u00e3o penal de rifa ilegal, crimes contra o consumidor, associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e lavagem de dinheiro. \u201cAl\u00e9m do suspeito de liderar o esquema, outras pessoas tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o sendo investigadas. Elas residem em outros estados da federa\u00e7\u00e3o. Est\u00e1 no bojo da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m, uma entidade filantr\u00f3pica e uma capitalizadora que estava integrando essa associa\u00e7\u00e3o para permitir que essas rifas fossem realizadas\u201d, disse o delegado-adjunto do DCCO, Pedro Ad\u00e3o. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es ter\u00e3o continuidade com objetivo de identificar outros suspeitos que comp\u00f5e a associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa investigada.
