O MPMA \u2013 Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o instaurou procedimento administrativo para investigar irregularidades relacionadas \u00e0 transpar\u00eancia na divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas em Cidel\u00e2ndia.
A apura\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 motivada pela negativa do munic\u00edpio em fornecer a lista de todos os servidores contratados, concursados e comissionados, descumprindo os princ\u00edpios da Transpar\u00eancia e Moralidade Administrativa.
A Secretaria de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o local teria se recusado a atender as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es, alegando que a libera\u00e7\u00e3o dessas informa\u00e7\u00f5es dependeria da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pela Presid\u00eancia ou pelo Plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara Municipal.
O MPMA j\u00e1 havia expedido of\u00edcios ao prefeito de Cidel\u00e2ndia, alertando que a omiss\u00e3o configura crime e improbidade administrativa.
