{"id":40284,"date":"2025-02-10T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-10T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maranhaotv.com.br\/?p=40284"},"modified":"2025-02-10T18:01:33","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T21:01:33","slug":"vice-governador-felipe-camarao-participa-de-assinatura-do-termo-de-cooperacao-com-regularizacao-fundiaria-em-imperatriz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maranhaotv.com.br\/index.php\/2025\/02\/10\/vice-governador-felipe-camarao-participa-de-assinatura-do-termo-de-cooperacao-com-regularizacao-fundiaria-em-imperatriz\/","title":{"rendered":"Vice-governador Felipe Camar\u00e3o participa de assinatura do Termo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria em Imperatriz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>Representando o Governo do Estado, o vice-governador, Felipe Camar\u00e3o, participou nesta segunda-feira (10), da cerim\u00f4nia de assinatura de Termo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica em Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria entre o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, o Governo do Maranh\u00e3o e a Prefeitura de Imperatriz.<br><br>O Termo tem como objetivo implantar e executar amplo Programa de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria, como pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de garantia de desenvolvimento humano e de pacifica\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos de terra.<br><br>\u201c\u00c9 fundamental que trabalhemos por quem mais precisa, oferecendo, sobretudo, seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica para essas fam\u00edlias. O desafio do prefeito Rildo Amaral de reconstruir Imperatriz em v\u00e1rios aspectos, inclusive da justi\u00e7a social, \u00e9 enorme. Essa a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9, acima de tudo, uma quest\u00e3o de justi\u00e7a de social, e estamos mobilizando o Governo do Estado, o ITERMA e todos os nossos \u00f3rg\u00e3os para ajudar nesse processo. Aproveito a oportunidade para parabenizar o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a pela iniciativa\u201d, destacou o vice-governador.<br><br>Estiveram presentes na solenidade, o presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o, desembargador Froz Sobrinho, o prefeito Municipal de Imperatriz, Rildo Amaral, al\u00e9m de vereadores, secret\u00e1rios municipais e representantes dos Cart\u00f3rios dos 6\u00b0 e 7\u00b0 of\u00edcios de Imperatriz.<br><br>Na ocasi\u00e3o, o desembargador presidente do TJ-MA, Froz Sobrinho, afirmou: \u201cN\u00f3s estamos aqui para ajudar. S\u00e3o oito anos realizando esse processo de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o e levando mais dignidade para esses moradores\u201d, afirmou o presidente do TJ-MA.<br><br>O prefeito Rildo Amaral agradeceu a a\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a e o Governo do Maranh\u00e3o e reafirmou a parceria com os munic\u00edpios da Regi\u00e3o Tocantina no processo de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria. <br><br>\u201cA Prefeitura de Imperatriz, al\u00e9m ser polo sede de outros 22 munic\u00edpios, se compromete, nesse momento, com todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es que visem melhorar a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria do munic\u00edpio e munic\u00edpios vizinhos.
