O encontro contou tamb\u00e9m com a presen\u00e7a do deputado J\u00falio Mendon\u00e7a, representantes do Movimento de Reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o das Pessoas Atingidas pela Hansen\u00edase (Morhan), do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade e de v\u00edtimas diretas dessa pol\u00edtica.<br><br>O encontro foi realizado no audit\u00f3rio do Hospital Aquiles Lisboa, unidade refer\u00eancia no tratamento da hansen\u00edase no Maranh\u00e3o, que foi ampliada durante a gest\u00e3o de Carlos Lula como secret\u00e1rio de Sa\u00fade. Na reuni\u00e3o, o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade orientou as v\u00edtimas sobre a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para dar entrada na pens\u00e3o vital\u00edcia prevista pela nova regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo Federal, que busca reparar parte dos danos hist\u00f3ricos causados.<br><br>A medida \u00e9 regulamentada pelo Decreto n\u00ba 12.312\/2024, que garante indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o e pens\u00e3o especial para os chamados \u201cfilhos separados\u201d, que foram afastados dos pais durante d\u00e9cadas devido \u00e0 pol\u00edtica de interna\u00e7\u00e3o compuls\u00f3ria.<br><br>\u201cSe houve um crime de Estado contra quem foi isolado nas col\u00f4nias, houve tamb\u00e9m contra seus filhos, que tiveram suas fam\u00edlias destru\u00eddas\u201d, afirmou Arthur Cust\u00f3dio, assessor do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade.<br><br>A expectativa \u00e9 que cerca de 20 mil pessoas em todo o pa\u00eds recebam a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o. A professora Maria das Dores Feiras, conhecida como Dorinha, que integra o Morhan, foi uma das crian\u00e7as separadas na \u00e9poca e comemorou a not\u00edcia.<br><br>\u201c\u00c9 uma repara\u00e7\u00e3o hist\u00f3rica para quem cresceu sem o carinho e a presen\u00e7a dos pais. \u00c9 um dia muito importante para todos n\u00f3s\u201d, destacou emocionada.<br><br>Al\u00e9m de apoiar a a\u00e7\u00e3o nacional, o deputado Carlos Lula prop\u00f4s que o Maranh\u00e3o avance e reconhe\u00e7a a responsabilidade local. Ele colocou a equipe jur\u00eddica de seu gabinete \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00edtimas para ajudar gratuitamente na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<br><br>\u201cO Estado do Maranh\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m deve reconhecer e reparar esse sofrimento. Vamos articular uma proposta pronta para que o governo estadual possa encaminhar \u00e0 Assembleia. Esse \u00e9 um passo de justi\u00e7a que o Estado precisa dar\u201d, refor\u00e7ou o deputado.<br><br>O vereador Floresmar Gomes, de Matinha, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um dos filhos separados, refor\u00e7ou a import\u00e2ncia da repara\u00e7\u00e3o local:<br><br>\u201cAgradecemos ao presidente Lula pela lei federal, mas precisamos que o Estado tamb\u00e9m reconhe\u00e7a essa luta. Contamos com os deputados nessa caminhada.\u201d<br><br>Entenda o caso<br><br>Entre as d\u00e9cadas de 1930 e 1980, milhares de pessoas diagnosticadas com hansen\u00edase no Brasil foram isoladas \u00e0 for\u00e7a em hospitais-col\u00f4nias. Seus filhos foram levados, sem escolha, para internatos ou entregues para ado\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 rompendo la\u00e7os familiares e causando traumas profundos. Essa pol\u00edtica de segrega\u00e7\u00e3o foi sustentada por preconceito e falta de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, j\u00e1 que a hansen\u00edase tem tratamento e o risco de cont\u00e1gio \u00e9 control\u00e1vel.<br><br>A nova regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo Federal reconhece a injusti\u00e7a hist\u00f3rica e busca reparar minimamente o sofrimento causado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
