A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou, na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (1\/4), em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds\/MA, a OPERA\u00c7\u00c3O FLUXO POSTAL II, com o objetivo de desarticular esquema de desvio de aparelhos celulares do fluxo postal dos Correios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A primeira fase da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o revelou um esquema liderado por um empregado p\u00fablico dos Correios, o qual, valendo-se da facilidade que sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o lhe proporcionava, atuava diretamente no desvio de aparelhos celulares dos Correios, repassando-os a receptadores, os quais, por sua vez, ficavam encarregados de receber e vender os referidos objetos postais a terceiros de boa-f\u00e9, gerando vantagem financeira indevida para todos os atores do esquema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Na ocasi\u00e3o, foram cumpridos mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o contra os suspeitos, al\u00e9m do cumprimento de medida cautelar de afastamento de fun\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica contra o referido empregado p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Com o desenrolar das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, identificou-se a participa\u00e7\u00e3o direta de mais um empregado p\u00fablico dos Correios no esquema criminoso, contra o qual foram cumpridas, na a\u00e7\u00e3o de hoje, medidas cautelares de afastamento de fun\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica e busca e apreens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
