O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o (MPMA) abriu um Procedimento Administrativo para investigar uma den\u00fancia grave contra a Prefeitura de Alto Alegre do Maranh\u00e3o, sob a gest\u00e3o da prefeita Nilsilene Santa Ribeiro Almeida.
A suspeita \u00e9 de que a administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal tenha utilizado a listagem de uma escola fict\u00edcia do munic\u00edpio de Satubinha\/MA para prestar contas ao Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE\/MA), nos anos de 2021, 2022 e 2023, a fim de justificar o recebimento de recursos do FUNDEB.
A den\u00fancia partiu de Eliabe da Silva Lima, por meio da Ouvidoria Geral do MPMA, e foi inicialmente registrada como Not\u00edcia de Fato.
