O deputado federal Pedro Lucas Fernandes (Uni\u00e3o-MA) divulgou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (22) uma nota oficial em que agradece ao presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva pelo convite para assumir o Minist\u00e9rio das Comunica\u00e7\u00f5es, mas recusa a oferta. Segundo o parlamentar, a confian\u00e7a demonstrada pelo chefe do Executivo foi recebida com gratid\u00e3o e jamais ser\u00e1 esquecida.

Na nota, Pedro Lucas refor\u00e7a seu compromisso com a democracia e afirma que, neste momento, acredita poder contribuir mais com o pa\u00eds a partir da fun\u00e7\u00e3o que exerce na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados. Ele destacou o papel estrat\u00e9gico de sua lideran\u00e7a \u00e0 frente do Uni\u00e3o Brasil, partido com uma bancada diversa e atuante no Parlamento.

\u201cA lideran\u00e7a me permite dialogar com diferentes for\u00e7as pol\u00edticas, construir consensos e auxiliar na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de maiorias em pautas importantes para o desenvolvimento do Brasil\u201d, escreveu.

O parlamentar maranhense tamb\u00e9m pediu desculpas por n\u00e3o poder atender ao chamado de Lula, mas reiterou sua disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para o di\u00e1logo institucional e para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de consensos em favor do pa\u00eds. Por fim, reafirmou sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o em defesa da boa pol\u00edtica e do respeito \u00e0s diferen\u00e7as como fundamentos para o fortalecimento da democracia brasileira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
