O ex-presidente da Rep\u00fablica Fernando Collor de Mello foi preso na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (25) em Macei\u00f3. Segundo sua defesa, a pris\u00e3o ocorreu \u00e0s 4h, quando o pol\u00edtico se deslocava para Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ainda de acordo com a defesa de Collor, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 ex-senador, ele se deslocava para Bras\u00edlia para o cumprimento espont\u00e2neo do mandado de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Depois da pris\u00e3o, o ex-presidente foi encaminhado para a Superintend\u00eancia da Pol\u00edcia Federal em Alagoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pris\u00e3o de Collor foi determinada pelo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes, ap\u00f3s negar recurso da defesa para rever uma condena\u00e7\u00e3o, de 2023, a 8 anos e 10 meses de pris\u00e3o por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o passiva e lavagem de dinheiro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
