Em audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia, realizada ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, Collor manifestou sua vontade de permanecer em Alagoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ex-presidente come\u00e7ar\u00e1 a cumprir a pena, de oito anos e 10 meses de reclus\u00e3o em regime inicial fechado, no Pres\u00eddio Baldomero Cavalcanti de Oliveira, na capital alagoana. Por ter ocupado o cargo de presidente da Rep\u00fablica, ele dever\u00e1 permanecer na ala especial da unidade prisional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao autorizar a perman\u00eancia de Collor em Alagoas, o ministro lembrou que o artigo 103 da Lei de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais (LEP) prev\u00ea que, em regra, a pena deve ser cumprida no local de domic\u00edlio do preso, a fim de assegurar sua perman\u00eancia em lugar pr\u00f3ximo ao seu meio social e familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pris\u00e3o domiciliar<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Na audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia, a defesa do ex-presidente tamb\u00e9m requereu a concess\u00e3o de pris\u00e3o domiciliar. Entre outros pontos, alegou \u201cindefini\u00e7\u00e3o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica do r\u00e9u\u201d, em raz\u00e3o do pedido de destaque feito pelo ministro Gilmar Mendes na sess\u00e3o virtual desta sexta-feira (25), convocada para referendo da decis\u00e3o do ministro Alexandre de Moraes que determinou o imediato in\u00edcio do cumprimento de pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, os advogados alegam que o ex-presidente tem idade avan\u00e7ada (75 anos) e comorbidades graves, como Mal de Parkinson, apneia do sono grave e transtorno afetivo bipolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante dessas alega\u00e7\u00f5es, o ministro Alexandre determinou que a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do pres\u00eddio informe, no prazo de 24 horas, se tem condi\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas para tratar da sa\u00fade do ex-presidente. Ap\u00f3s as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, a Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) deve se manifestar sobre o pedido de pris\u00e3o domiciliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Condena\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Collor foi condenado pelo STF em 2023, na A\u00e7\u00e3o Penal&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.stf.jus.br\/processos\/detalhe.asp?incidente=5372688\"><strong>(AP) 1025<\/strong><\/a>, por envolvimento em um esquema de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o na BR Distribuidora. Na quinta-feira (24), o relator, ministro Alexandre de Moraes, julgou incab\u00edvel novo recurso apresentado pela defesa, ao reconhecer seu \u201ccar\u00e1ter meramente protelat\u00f3rio\u201d, e
