Eleitoral de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, remarcou para o pr\u00f3ximo dia 28, quarta-feira, julgamento de uma A\u00e7\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Judicial Eleitoral (AIJE) na qual o diret\u00f3rio municipal do partido Podemos \u00e9 acusado de promover fraude \u00e0 cota de g\u00eanero no pleito proporcional da capital maranhense do ano passado.<br><br>A A\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 patrocinada por suplentes do PL e pelo diret\u00f3rio municipal do Republicanos e pede a cassa\u00e7\u00e3o da chapa lan\u00e7ada em 2024.<br><br>O Podemos elegeu tr\u00eas vereadores para o Pal\u00e1cio Pedro Neiva de Santana, quais sejam F\u00e1bio Macedo Filho (presidente do diret\u00f3rio municipal), Wendell Martins e Raimundo J\u00fanior.<br><br>O julgamento estava marcado para acontecer na quinta-feira passada, dia 15.<br><br>No entanto, de acordo com o que foi apurado, novos elementos surgiram ap\u00f3s a deflagra\u00e7\u00e3o da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Malversador, por parte da Pol\u00edcia Federal, que teve como objetivo desmantelar esquema criminoso de candidaturas fict\u00edcias utilizadas para desviar recursos do Fundo Especial de Financiamento de Campanha (FEFC).<br><br>Foram cumpridos na ocasi\u00e3o, em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, 11 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o.<br><br>De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da pr\u00f3pria PF, as apura\u00e7\u00f5es revelaram o uso de documentos ideologicamente falsos para viabilizar os desvios.<br><br>Uma das candidatas a vereadora, identificada como \u201claranja\u201d, recebeu R$ 300 mil do FEFC e obteve apenas 18 votos \u2014 o que representa um custo m\u00e9dio de R$ 16.666,67 por voto.<br><br>A desproporcionalidade refor\u00e7ou a suspeita de que a candidatura teria sido simulada com o \u00fanico prop\u00f3sito de atender \u00e0 cota de g\u00eanero e permitir o desvio de recursos p\u00fablicos.<br><br>Trata-se de Brenda Carvalho Pereira que, no ano passado, ap\u00f3s o pleito, fez graves acusa\u00e7\u00f5es contra F\u00e1bio Macedo Filho.<br><br>A nova audi\u00eancia de julgamento ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio \u00e0s 8h30 com t\u00e9rmino previsto para \u00e0s 20h.<br><br>Caso n\u00e3o seja conclu\u00edda, a
