O magistrado manifestou-se no bojo da A\u00e7\u00e3o Direta de Inconstitucionalidade movida pelo Solidariedade contra a regra de desempate que deu a vit\u00f3ria \u00e0 socialista contra o deputado estadual Othelino neto (SD) na elei\u00e7\u00e3o de novembro do ano passado.
Ele havia pedido vista do caso, e devolvido o processo na semana passada.
