O MPMA \u2013 Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o instaurou um inqu\u00e9rito civil para apurar poss\u00edveis irregularidades na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos p\u00fablicos federais, provenientes do Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (FNDE), destinados \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma quadra poliesportiva no povoado Fala S\u00f3, munic\u00edpio de Pedro do Ros\u00e1rio.
A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi motivada por den\u00fancia recebida pela Ouvidoria do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, que apontou suspeitas de sobrepre\u00e7o e desvio de finalidade em aditivo contratual superior a R$ 800 mil para uma obra praticamente conclu\u00edda.
Al\u00e9m da suspeita de superfaturamento, o inqu\u00e9rito tamb\u00e9m visa analisar a legalidade do contrato, a regularidade da execu\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica e financeira da obra, diante da aus\u00eancia de respostas da prefeitura municipal \u00e0s requisi\u00e7\u00f5es do MPMA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
