Nesta quarta-feira (15), a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Pinheiro votou pela reprova\u00e7\u00e3o das contas do ex-prefeito Luciano Gen\u00e9sio, referentes ao exerc\u00edcio financeiro de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A decis\u00e3o seguiu o parecer pr\u00e9vio do Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE), que j\u00e1 havia recomendado a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o das contas ap\u00f3s identificar uma s\u00e9rie de irregularidades na gest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Com a vota\u00e7\u00e3o no Legislativo municipal, o ex-gestor passa a ficar ineleg\u00edvel, o que o impede de disputar as elei\u00e7\u00f5es deste ano. Luciano Gen\u00e9sio era apontado como pr\u00e9-candidato a deputado federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acordo com os relat\u00f3rios analisados, a reprova\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu em raz\u00e3o de diversas inconsist\u00eancias administrativas e poss\u00edveis irregularidades na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante sua gest\u00e3o, Gen\u00e9sio tamb\u00e9m foi alvo de tr\u00eas opera\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Federal, que investigaram suspeitas de desvio milion\u00e1rio de recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
