A Federa\u00e7\u00e3o do Com\u00e9rcio de Bens, Servi\u00e7os e Turismo do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o (Fecom\u00e9rcio-MA) informa sobre o funcionamento do com\u00e9rcio em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds durante o feriado de Tiradentes (21 de abril).
Na ter\u00e7a-feira (21), feriado nacional, a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho autoriza o funcionamento dos estabelecimentos situados em ruas, avenidas, galerias e centros comerciais das 8h \u00e0s 18h, enquanto as lojas em shopping centers poder\u00e3o operar das 10h \u00e0s 22h.
Nessa data, por se tratar de trabalho extraordin\u00e1rio, as empresas dever\u00e3o remunerar as horas trabalhadas com adicional de 100% sobre o valor da hora normal, al\u00e9m do pagamento de gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de R$ 53 aos empregados convocados.
