Neste ano, j\u00e1 foram registradas 282 mortes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Maranh\u00e3o registrou aumento de 27,9% nas mortes relacionadas a acidentes envolvendo motocicletas em oito anos. O n\u00famero de \u00f3bitos passou de 730, em 2017, para 934, em 2025. A diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 de 204 vidas perdidas no per\u00edodo. Em 2026, at\u00e9 o m\u00eas de maio, j\u00e1 haviam sido contabilizadas 282 mortes. Os dados s\u00e3o do Monitora Sa\u00fade, servi\u00e7o de acompanhamento de indicadores da Secretaria de Estado da Sa\u00fade do Maranh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As principais v\u00edtimas, de acordo com as estat\u00edsticas, s\u00e3o homens e adultos jovens. Este ano, o maior n\u00famero de \u00f3bitos foi registrado na faixa et\u00e1ria de 20 a 29 anos de idade. Vale ressaltar, ainda que 31 das mortes foram de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, entre 10 e 19 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os sinistros envolvendo motocicletas raramente decorrem de uma causa \u00fanica. A combina\u00e7\u00e3o de fatores como velocidade incompat\u00edvel com a via, consumo de \u00e1lcool, desrespeito \u00e0s regras de circula\u00e7\u00e3o, falhas mec\u00e2nicas, condi\u00e7\u00f5es da pista, baixa visibilidade e conflitos com outros ve\u00edculos pode levar a ocorr\u00eancias graves. Dados da Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal apontam que, nas rodovias federais de todo o pa\u00eds, os sinistros com motocicletas aumentaram 13,7% entre 2023 e 2024, passando de 27.755 para 31.571 registros. No mesmo per\u00edodo, tamb\u00e9m cresceram os n\u00fameros de feridos e mortos entre ocupantes de motos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>PRIMEIROS SOCORROS<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embora medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o sejam fundamentais, os primeiros minutos ap\u00f3s um acidente tamb\u00e9m exigem aten\u00e7\u00e3o. O professor do IDOMED S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Bismarck Ascar Sauaia, habilitado em primeiros socorros, explica que a primeira atitude de quem presencia uma ocorr\u00eancia deve ser acionar o Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia (Samu), pelo telefone 192, ou o Corpo de Bombeiros, pelo 193, conforme a gravidade e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es do local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEm acidentes com motocicletas, a pessoa pode apresentar les\u00f5es internas, traumatismos e danos na coluna que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o vis\u00edveis de imediato. Por isso, a prioridade \u00e9 evitar interven\u00e7\u00f5es improvisadas e manter a v\u00edtima segura at\u00e9 a chegada de profissionais capacitados\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o inicial \u00e9 verificar se a v\u00edtima est\u00e1 consciente e respirando. Caso ela esteja respirando, n\u00e3o deve ser movimentada, salvo se houver risco imediato, como inc\u00eandio, explos\u00e3o ou perigo de novos atropelamentos. \u201cA orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 especialmente importante em acidentes de moto, nos quais h\u00e1 maior possibilidade de trauma na cabe\u00e7a, pesco\u00e7o e coluna\u201d, explica o professor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O capacete tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o deve ser retirado. A remo\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 indicada quando a v\u00edtima n\u00e3o respira ou quando \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de reanima\u00e7\u00e3o cardiopulmonar (RCP). Mesmo nessas situa\u00e7\u00f5es, o procedimento deve ser feito preferencialmente por pessoas treinadas, pois a retirada inadequada pode movimentar a regi\u00e3o cervical e agravar poss\u00edveis les\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em caso de sangramento externo, a conduta indicada \u00e9 fazer compress\u00e3o direta no local com gaze, pano limpo ou tecido dispon\u00edvel. N\u00e3o se deve tentar retirar objetos encravados, reposicionar ossos ou improvisar procedimentos. Tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o \u00e9 recomendado oferecer \u00e1gua, alimentos ou medicamentos, nem permitir que a v\u00edtima se levante ou caminhe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enquanto o socorro n\u00e3o chega, quem est\u00e1 no local pode proteger a v\u00edtima do frio, conversar de forma calma e observar altera\u00e7\u00f5es na respira\u00e7\u00e3o ou no n\u00edvel de consci\u00eancia. Se a pessoa estiver consciente, respirando normalmente e n\u00e3o houver suspeita de trauma grave que impe\u00e7a a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, a posi\u00e7\u00e3o lateral de seguran\u00e7a pode ser considerada. \u201cEm acidentes de motocicleta, no entanto, a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o geral \u00e9 preservar a imobilidade devido ao risco de les\u00e3o na coluna e seguir as instru\u00e7\u00f5es repassadas pela central de emerg\u00eancia\u201d, orienta Bismarck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A preven\u00e7\u00e3o, por sua vez, come\u00e7a antes do deslocamento: usar capacete adequado e corretamente afivelado, respeitar limites de velocidade, n\u00e3o conduzir ap\u00f3s consumir \u00e1lcool, realizar manuten\u00e7\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica da motocicleta e redobrar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o em cruzamentos s\u00e3o medidas que ajudam a reduzir riscos. \u201cDiante de um acidente, a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 sempre a mesma: chamar ajuda especializada, evitar movimentar a v\u00edtima e n\u00e3o tentar substituir o atendimento profissional por a\u00e7\u00f5es improvisadas\u201d, conclui.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Estado passou de 730 \u00f3bitos em 2017 para 934 em 2025.
