A decis\u00e3o cautelar foi assinada pelo conselheiro Marcelo Tavares Silva, relator do processo, ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas (MPC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m da auditoria, que contar\u00e1 com inspe\u00e7\u00e3o presencial no hospital, o TCE determinou que a Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade apresente, no prazo de 48 horas, um Plano Emergencial de Conting\u00eancia, Continuidade, Seguran\u00e7a e Humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o Assistencial, com medidas para garantir o funcionamento adequado das UTIs pedi\u00e1tricas. A decis\u00e3o foi concedida sem a oitiva pr\u00e9via dos respons\u00e1veis, em raz\u00e3o da urg\u00eancia do caso e dos ind\u00edcios apontados pelo MPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Tribunal tamb\u00e9m determinou a cita\u00e7\u00e3o da prefeita Esm\u00eania Miranda Ferreira da Silva, da secret\u00e1ria municipal de Sa\u00fade, Ana Carolina Marques Mitri da Costa, da diretora-geral do Hospital da Crian\u00e7a, Julieta Carvalho Rocha, e do representante legal do IBMED. Eles ter\u00e3o dez dias para apresentar manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o e encaminhar documentos como o processo licitat\u00f3rio, escalas de profissionais, registros de \u00f3bitos, relat\u00f3rios de revis\u00e3o de mortes, dados sobre medicamentos, pagamentos realizados e demais informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para ampliar a apura\u00e7\u00e3o, o TCE requisitou informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado, Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal, Defensoria P\u00fablica, Departamento Nacional de Auditoria do SUS (DenaSUS) e Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade. Na decis\u00e3o, o conselheiro Marcelo Tavares destacou que a medida n\u00e3o suspende o contrato de gest\u00e3o nem interfere diretamente na administra\u00e7\u00e3o do hospital, mas busca garantir a correta fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos p\u00fablicos e verificar se a assist\u00eancia prestada \u00e0s crian\u00e7as internadas nas UTIs atende \u00e0s exig\u00eancias legais, t\u00e9cnicas e
