Deputado constata setor fechado, profissionais demitidos por WhatsApp e pacientes sem informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre continuidade do tratamento contra o c\u00e2ncer<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O deputado estadual Carlos Lula (PSB) denunciou nesta quinta-feira (13) a suspens\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de oncologia no Hospital Macrorregional de Caxias Dr. Everaldo Ferreira Arag\u00e3o, na Regi\u00e3o dos Cocais. Durante visita \u00e0 unidade, o parlamentar constatou o setor fechado e pacientes sem informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a continuidade do tratamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A empresa respons\u00e1vel pelos servi\u00e7os oncol\u00f3gicos deixou de atuar na unidade e retirou os equipamentos utilizados nos atendimentos. M\u00e9dicos e demais profissionais foram desligados de forma abrupta, por meio de mensagens no WhatsApp. Com a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o, est\u00e3o suspensos exames, consultas, quimioterapia, radioterapia, atendimento no Servi\u00e7o de Pronto Atendimento de urg\u00eancia e emerg\u00eancia e cirurgias oncol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMais uma vez, a irresponsabilidade e a falta de cuidado com as pessoas do governador Carlos Brand\u00e3o faz com que o paciente com c\u00e2ncer, que n\u00e3o pode parar o tratamento por risco \u00e0 vida, n\u00e3o tenha mais atendimento aqui nessa unidade\u201d, lamentou o deputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carlos Lula lembrou que o servi\u00e7o de oncologia foi implantado em Caxias em 2018, durante sua gest\u00e3o \u00e0 frente da Secretaria de Estado da Sa\u00fade, para evitar que pacientes do leste do estado precisassem se deslocar para S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Imperatriz ou at\u00e9 o Piau\u00ed em busca de tratamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEntrei no hospital e confirmei pessoalmente que o setor de oncologia est\u00e1 fechado. H\u00e1 uma fila de pacientes querendo alguma explica\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o \u00e9 dada aqui na unidade. Todos os servidores receberam o aviso pr\u00e9vio, foram demitidos pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o que hoje administra o setor oncol\u00f3gico\u201d, declarou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre os afetados est\u00e1 Severino Rocha, que realiza tratamento contra um c\u00e2ncer no est\u00f4mago. Ele tinha uma consulta marcada, mas encontrou o consult\u00f3rio fechado ao chegar \u00e0 unidade. O idoso tem uma sess\u00e3o de quimioterapia prevista para esta sexta-feira (14) e ainda n\u00e3o sabe se conseguir\u00e1 realizar o procedimento. \u201cN\u00e3o temos nenhuma informa\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o sei como ser\u00e1 amanh\u00e3\u201d, relatou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para Carlos Lula, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o exige resposta imediata do Governo do Maranh\u00e3o. \u201cO governador Carlos Brand\u00e3o tem que retomar imediatamente as atividades aqui no Hospital Macrorregional de Caxias. N\u00e3o vou admitir esse tipo de conduta, n\u00e3o vou admitir que pessoas morram esperando o atendimento na fila do SUS do Maranh\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa\u00fade abandonada na Regi\u00e3o dos Cocais<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carlos Lula tamb\u00e9m visitou unidades da rede estadual em Coroat\u00e1 e Timbiras. No Hospital Macrorregional Alexandre Mamede Trov\u00e3o, o deputado encontrou lavadora termodesinfectadora, equipamento de alto custo para higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais hospitalares, ainda dentro de uma caixa e sem instala\u00e7\u00e3o. O equipamento est\u00e1 no local desde abril de 2022. \u201cEla est\u00e1 l\u00e1, apodrecendo na porta do hospital, desperdi\u00e7ando um dinheiro p\u00fablico que \u00e9 da popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Hospital Regional de Timbiras, o parlamentar encontrou colch\u00f5es antigos e rasgados e cadeiras quebradas armazenados na \u00e1rea externa da unidade, expostos ao sol e \u00e0 chuva. \u201cEram colch\u00f5es velhos, rasgados, colocados l\u00e1 de qualquer jeito, cadeiras quebradas, sem nenhum intuito de recuperar, expostos ao sol e \u00e0 chuva\u201d, disse. As visitas fazem parte da agenda de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do deputado pela Regi\u00e3o dos Cocais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
