ressarcimento integral do dano, a ser apurado em liquida\u00e7\u00e3o; pagamento de multa civil, de car\u00e1ter pedag\u00f3gico-punitivo, em favor do munic\u00edpio, equivalente a cem vezes o valor da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o de cada um dos r\u00e9us;
